- Manage stock turn-on/offAs a vendor, you will have a menu item under the Marketplace Dashboard (Vendorzone) named “support” to navigate the support dashboard.
Vendors will see support tickets only for their products.
Support tickets can be filtered by:
- Priority
- Status
- Date
- Product
It’s straightforward to manage support tickets from the dashboard for vendors.
It also has the option to change ticket priority and status, and both vendor and customer receive notifications for support activities via email and desktop.
