Marketplace manager -Groups & Staffs offers the most flexible and intelligent way to manage your store’s Managers and Staff. You can categorize your store and assign them unique features, giving you complete control over your store’s operations. Marketplace Groups & Staffs will convert your store to be tailored to your specific needs in a few strokes.

To have these features in your store, you must have a paid membership

A vendor or a manager can be associated with multiple groups, which gives them a total set of capabilities from various groups.

You can assign different product types and categories to different groups besides all other capability controls.

Inquiry manager

Dashrite marketplace has many products and lots of information and details. However, Customers sometimes need questions answered, want to ask a few more questions about their specific needs, and want to communicate directly with the product seller. Suppose a customer will purchase 5-6 items and has a few queries in mind for all of them. Then he has to write them down on paper and finally go to customer care to post them. This will be a lot of work, but we will simplify this process at Dashrite marketplace. Dashrite Marketplace allows you to do all this with a single click within a vendor dashboard.

The Dashrite Marketplace has a handy feature known as Enquiry. It is a simple way for customers to inquire about products directly from the product page. This feature provides a convenient way for potential buyers to ask questions, seek clarification, or request more information before purchasing. This feature can improve customer engagement and satisfaction by addressing customers’ queries promptly and personally.

Dashrite Marketplace: The inquiry manager will add an “Enquiries” tab under every product page.

I logged in and logged out, and both customers can ask queries from here without restriction.

A notification will be sent to its associated vendors directly whenever an inquiry is posted. Vendors will have –

• Email notification
• Marketplace Direct message
• Marketplace Enquiry message

Note: The Dashrite Marketplace Managers will also have all these notifications for all store products. 

Under the “Enquiries” tab, customers will also have previously asked queries and vendor/Dashrite replies.
