Dashrite Marketplace Support System

Dashrite marketplace is built with the customer first in mind, ensuring Dashrite the customer can effectively communicate smoothly in every transaction and commerce. Dashrite Vendor Account specialist distributes the queries to the respective vendors, collates the answers, and mails them to the customer.

The marketplace Support Ticket System allows customers to post their queries in one go. They simply have to choose:

  •  The query category, 
  • The product they have queries about, and
  •  The urgency of the query and writing down it in detail.

 They will be issued a ticket and notified when a reply is posted. They can change your account’s query priority and status and add replies if required. As is evident, the process becomes much easier and faster.

 

 

Customers may File A Support Ticket From Their My Account -> Orders Page. 

Customers will find a “Support Ticket” tab under the My Account page where they can check their tickets.

Customers can manage their tickets very quickly.

  • Change priority
  • Change status
  • And, of course, add a new reply

 

Dashrite Marketplace Customer support ticket submission form allows customers to set the:

  • Category
  • Priority
  • Product
  • Issues they have
