Refund

Refund/Exchange is an integral part of every e-commerce system because, in today’s e-commerce landscape, customers sometimes only purchase if they find a proper refund policy for the store!

The Dashrite Marketplace platform makes it easier for customers to request a refund from vendors/sellers, and it is part of the Dashrite Marketplace Support Ticket system.

 Depending on the support ticket decision, the vendor may request a refund for an order from the Dashrite Marketplace administrators.

 

 

A popup will open when clicking the refund request button, and the vendor may set refund options.

They may ask for –

  • Full Refund
  • Partial Refund

Additionally, they may add the reason for the refund request.

For a partial refund, the vendor has to insert the amount that will be refunded.

 

 

 

Dashrite Marketplace administrator

  • The Dashrite Marketplace administrator will see all these refund requests to help us manage and decide whether to approve or reject them.
  • NOTE: The Marketplace administrators and vendors will receive notifications for all “Refund” activities.
  • Customers and vendors must know that payment will not be refunded automatically when requests are made; the Marketplace administrators must do this manually.
  • For Marketplace administrators and vendors, refund details are visible under each order details page, and the Vendor will see refund details under their commission invoice as well.
