Pricing Plan

Price Configuration

Our Marketplace supports Six types of pricing plans.

  1. General pricing plan.
  2. Daily pricing plan.
  3. Monthly pricing plan.
  4. Days ranges pricing plan.
  5. Hourly Pricing Plan.
  6. Flat Hour Pricing Plan.

Configure Day Pricing Plans

Our daily pricing plans operate per day, with charges applied for each day of product/service rental. Five different pricing plans are available.

  1. General Pricing
  2. Daily Pricing
  3. Monthly Pricing
  4. Days Range Pricing
  5. Flat Hour Pricing

The pricing can be set from the inventory, and you can add the inventory quantity.

1. General Pricing:

When you establish a general pricing plan for a single product/service, the specified price will be uniformly applied for each day throughout the booking period. For instance, if a general pricing of 20 is set, the product will incur a charge of 20 for each day, as illustrated in the screenshot below.

Example: See the screenshots below. There are two pricing,

  • General Pricing – 20
  • Hourly Pricing – 4

If you book a product for two days and 4 hours, then the cost will appear as follows:

2 days x 20 = 40
4 hours x 4 = 16

Total Cost = 56

2. Daily Pricing:

The daily pricing plan allows you to set different prices for each day of the week. When you book a product/service, the cost will be computed based on the designated prices for the specific days selected. In the example below, the price for Friday is 10, and for Saturday, it is 5. If you book the product for a duration spanning Friday to Saturday (2 days), the total cost will amount to 16—comprising 10 for Friday and 6 for Saturday.

Example: See the screenshots below to show the different pricing daily,

  • Friday – 10
  • Saturday – 5
  • Sunday – 20
  • Monday – 30
  • Tuesday – 40
  • Wednesday – 15
  • Thursday – 23

And General Hourly Pricing – 2

If you book a product/service for two days (Sunday & Monday) and 2 hours, then the cost will appear as follows:

2 days (20 + 30) = 50
2 hours x 2 = 4

Total Cost = 54

3. Monthly Pricing:

The monthly pricing plan allows you to define distinct prices for each month of the year. When you book this product, the cost is calculated based on the specified monthly prices. In the provided example, the price for December is set at 52. If someone books the product/service from December 12-15 for 3 days, the daily cost will be 52, resulting in a total of 156. Alternatively, if someone books for 3 days in November, the total price will be 42, given that the November price is 14. If someone books the product/service from November 30 to December 1 for 2 days, the total cost will be 68, with November priced at 14 and December at 52.

4. Days Range Pricing:

The rental/booking also enables you to establish an unlimited day range pricing plan. The day range plan has two pricing types: fixed and per day. If you choose “Fixed,” the price will be applied once within the selected booking days. If you choose “Per day,” the price will be used daily. To clarify, please refer to the picture below.

5. Flat Hour Pricing:

If you choose the Flat Hour pricing plan, any daily pricing won’t apply. Instead, you should set the hourly pricing from the section below the Hourly Pricing Plan.

Configure Hourly Pricing Plans

Our Marketplace supports an hourly pricing system if you want to book for less than 1 day. However, to do so, from the vendor dashboard of the vendor settings, you need to unselect the single-day booking (if it has already been selected).

There are 2 types of hourly pricing plans available.

  1. General Hourly Pricing
  2. Hourly Range Pricing

1. General Hourly Pricing:

In the example below, the hourly price is set to 2, which will be the cost per hour.

2. Hourly Range Pricing:

In the example below, hourly range pricing has been configured. The cost for hours 1-7 is 50 (Fixed), while hours 8-24 are priced at 45. This means that if someone books the product within the 1-7 hour range, the cost of 50 will be applied once, as it is set as a fixed rate. Conversely, the pricing plan for 8-24 hours will be used on a per-hour basis, as it is designated as applicable per day.

Price Discount

The rental marketplace also provides a price discount feature depending on booking days. The vendor can set unlimited booking day-range price discounts from the product’s back end. You can set your discount type on a fixed price or percentage basis.
