Dashrite Marketplace Direct Messaging/ Chat Box

Notifications are crucial to any system. For vendors, staying updated with all activities across their store, especially from a single point of view, is essential. The Dashrite Marketplace Message Board is a Vendor-Dashrite Chat Board, providing a convenient and centralized platform for all vendor activities.

 

Vendor has messages:

  • Direct Messages from Store Managers
  • New Order notification
  • New Booking notification
  • New Appointment notification

Dashrite System managers can send messages to all store vendors/sellers. Message sending options:

  • All Vendors
  • Individual Vendors

Vendors also have the ability to initiate communication by sending direct messages to their Dashrite System managers. This feature empowers vendors and encourages effective use of the Dashrite Marketplace Message Board for their specific needs.

The message board is auto-refreshed, so reloading the page to check for new messages is unnecessary.

In the top bar, the message board icon will also show the new message count.

 

 

Chat Box

The Chat Now feature in Dashrite Marketplace offers several benefits for vendors and customers. It allows for real-time communication, leading to faster issue resolution, improved customer satisfaction, and increased sales. Customers can get instant answers to their questions, while vendors can provide personalized support and build stronger relationships with their customers. The chat history can also record discussions, which may help track orders or resolve disputes. The Chat Now feature can help create a more interactive and customer-centric shopping experience within the Dashrite Marketplace.

 

The “Chat Now” button is conveniently under the store page header bar.

Now, it’s time for your customers to interact with store vendors directly.

 

Vendors can manage chat requests through the ‘Chat Box’ in their Dashboard’s left menu. This is their command center for all chat interactions, empowering them to provide timely and personalized customer support.

If the above ” connect” button is not clicked, the vendors will not be available for chat, and the users ( or customers ) who want to chat with vendors will receive a notification in their chat box as shown below:

 

 

 Reviews

What You Need To Know About Store /Products Review

Dashrite Marketplace provides a flexible review system for your vendors/stores.

  • At Dashrite Marketplace, we empower our customers by allowing them to review stores and products. We enable ‘auto-approve ‘so the store owner can delete reviews and ratings. Dashrite values your opinions and makes you feel influential in shaping the marketplace. We have set the review system to, by default, only allow a logged-in user to add reviews.
  • We have only enabled users who have already purchased something from this store to add a review for the store!
  • Users may add store reviews from any store page -> reviews.
  • Users may give ratings for all review categories separately and add a description.
  • The store reviews tab shows all categories’ overall ratings and average ratings.
