Vendors Withdrawal Overview
Vendor Commission disbursal is an essential feature of Dashrite Marketplace. Dashrite Marketplace allows this through the withdrawal section on the vendor dashboard. The vendor requests payment, and Dashrite Vendor Account Payable processes the funds accordingly.
Dashrite provides flexible withdrawal modes, the most essential criteria for withdrawal disbursal. The following modes are allowed by Dashrite currently:
- i) Manual Withdrawal
- ii) Periodic Withdrawal
iii) By order Status
Manual Withdrawal
This setting enables the vendor to withdraw the amount manually, i.e., the vendor will request withdrawal from the Vendor Account Payable; upon receiving the request, the Vendor Account Payable confirms the disbursal of the commission.
Here’s how the manual process works:
Step 1: Upon receiving the order, vendors get the listing in order tabs, and from here, they can check which order is still unpaid.
Step 2: The vendors can manually claim withdrawal by clicking on the “Withdrawal” button from the Payments section: Dashrite Vendor Dashboard >> Payments
Once the request is submitted, the Dashrite Account Payable will get a notification and be able to process the payments.
Step 3: Vendor Account Payable receives the request from vendors. From here, the Vendor Account Payable can ‘approve’ or ‘reject’ the withdrawal request sent by the vendor and add a note along with their action.
Withdrawal – Transactions
Vendors can check their account transactions on the following page: Vendor Dashboard >> Payments. The Payments table provides details of all transactions, such as invoice ID, order ID, amount, charges, payment amount, and transactional mode.
Transaction Invoice
Vendor can download their transaction invoice by clicking on the pdf icon from the Payments page of the Dashrite vendor dashboard.
Followers
Dashrite Marketplace followers (feature) are features on Dashrite Marketplace when users follow a store on the Dashrite Marketplace platform. Users who follow a store receive updates and notifications about the store’s activities, such as new product launches, promotions, or other events. This feature lets customers stay informed about their favorite stores and engage more effectively with the products or services offered.
