If you’re having trouble with your password, you can reset it.

To reset your password when not logged in, follow these steps:

1. Go to the application login page.
2. Click “Password Reset.”
3. Enter the email, mobile phone number, or username linked to your account.
4. Follow the on-screen instructions.

Make a strong Account Password.

When you create a new password, remember:

• Your password should be easy to remember but hard for others to guess.
• Longer passwords are usually more secure.
• Your Dmail password should be unique from the passwords you use to access other Dmail platform accounts, such as your email or accounts.
• Your password should not be your email, phone number, or birthday.
• Avoid using common words like “Password”.
• Use a password manager. Many different applications can store your passwords securely.
• Don’t share your passwords with anyone, online or in person. If you do, change them as soon as possible.
• Use upper and lowercase letters and other characters in your password. Make it longer with a phrase or words only you know.

Account Profile

Your main profile is essential to using any Dmail services, and you can not remove it without deleting your account.

This profile represents you/company on our platform and is a place where you can share information about yourself (for instance, your interests, photos, videos, current city, and other information). It’s also where you’ll:

• Use the name you go by in everyday life.
• Upload a profile picture and add your mobile contacts.
• Access Pages that you manage as an admin.
• Manage your account settings such as:
• Account information: This includes your contact information, language preferences, payment information, and other general information about your account.
• Security: Login information and websites connected to your account.

• NOTE: Delete or deactivate your Dmail account. Doing so will also delete or deactivate all profiles managed by that account. 

• Privacy: Adjust who can see things like the profile’s posts.
