If you’re having a problem logging in

• If you’re having trouble with your password, you can reset it.
• Click on reset password and enter your email address. A reset link will be sent to your email account on file. Follow the directions to reset your account password. 
• To reset your account password, you must Create a strong account password.

When you create a new password, remember:

• Your password should be easy to remember but hard for others to guess.
• Longer passwords are usually more secure.
• Your DashCast password should be unique from the passwords you use to access other platform accounts, such as your email or accounts.
• Your password should not be your email, phone number, or birthday.
• Avoid using common words like “Password”.
• Use a password manager. Many different applications can store your passwords securely.
• Don’t share your passwords with anyone, online or in person. If you do, change them as soon as possible.
• Use upper and lowercase letters and other characters in your password. Make it longer with a phrase or words only you know.
