- The shipping /delivery order was created (by an employee/staff or direct client [can be an eCommerce website]).
- Your responsible employee/staff will receive notification of a new order request. (From the settings, you can choose which employee, department, manager, or anyone else you want to be responsible for receiving the notification.)
- The responsible employee/staff in the previous point will approve the order.
- A notification will be sent to the receiver.
- Another notification will be sent to another employee/staff. (From the settings, you can also choose which employee, department, manager, or anyone else you want to be responsible for receiving the new order after it has been approved.)
- The responsible employee at the previous point will assign this order to an employee (like a driver, for example).
- Our delivery/shipping system, push, SMS, and email notifications to this employee (driver) [for example, so he knows he requested to go to the place so he can receive the package].
- From the web app or the mobile application, he will confirm the action received, the receiver’s address, and the money he will collect from them or the sender if it’s a prepaid service.
- Then, he will take some actions, either on the mobile application or the web app shipment dashboard, like postponing the shipment, discarding it, or delivering it. Every one of these actions directly affects the shipment status.
