We at Dashrite have a noble purpose: to enhance people’s lives and assist our global community in education, especially children, in growing and acquiring education. The best aid we can provide to our community is a platform that can improve people’s lives through education. However, we need to collect, use, and share some of your personal information to achieve this goal. To ensure your data is secure, our Privacy Policy and Dashrite Terms of Service will help you understand how we use your information and how you can exercise your rights and choices.

2) Privacy Policy Overview

This policy applies to all Dashrite Tutoring Service users, including learners (Students) and Tutors (including tutor applicants), and all Dashrite Tutoring Platforms and services, including our applications, websites, technology, facilities, and other services (collectively, the “Dashrite Tutoring Platform”). This policy applies only to personal information, not information that does not identify you. Please remember that using the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform is also subject to our Terms of Service.

 Some aspects of the Dashrite Tutoring  Platform may operate under separate or additional terms or practices different from or in addition to those described in this policy; in those cases, We may share separate notices and information relevant to your use of those parts of the Dashrite Platform.

3) The Information We Collect

We collect information from parents, guardians, and students as they use our services, such as their name, email, phone number, place of residence, or address. Additionally, we collect geolocation data, such as the learner’s location, when they use our service. For Tutors, we collect their geolocation and educational or experience data and any other information that would be deemed fit to have a tutoring position. We acquired geolocation through the Dashrite Tutoring Service application forms, web platform, and apps. 

 4)  Information You Provide to Us

1. Account Registration:  When you create an account with Dashrite Tutoring Service, we collect the information you provide us, such as your name, email address, phone number, birth date, profile photo, and payment information. You may share additional info for your profile, like saved addresses, and set up other preferences. We may ask that you provide further information related to the identity of your account, such as documents related to identification (e.g., tutor’s license), a profile picture, or “selfie” imagery. 
2. Tutor and Geographical Information. When you apply to be a tutor, we collect the information you provide in your application, including your name, email address, phone number, birth date, profile photo, physical address, government identification number, and tutor’s license. We collect the payment information you provide us, including your bank routing numbers. We may also ask for additional certification, licenses, permit information, or other information, depending on where you live or your country.

We may need additional information after you become a tutor, including periodically submitting your information to confirm your identity (such as “selfie” imagery) and background check.

1. Ratings and Feedback. When you rate and provide feedback about the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform (including about learners (Students) or Tutors), we collect all of the information you provide in your feedback.
2. Communications: When you contact us, or we contact you, including through surveys or research projects, we collect any information that you provide, including the contents of the messages or attachments you send us.

5)  Information We Collect When You Use the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform

1. Usage Information. We collect information about using the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform, including the date, time, destination, payment, promotional or referral code, and other information needed to complete the delivery or shipping of products. 
2. Communication between learners, tutors, and Admission service. At Dashrite, we have a service that helps you connect with learners Service through phone calls, text messages, and other communication channels. We use a third-party service, and while doing so, we collect certain information. The information includes the phone numbers of the people involved, the date and time of the communication, and the contents of SMS and chat messages. Sometimes, for security, we also monitor or record phone calls made through our communication channels. We have built-in communication channels for some services that allow learners to chat with the admission team. 

6)  Cookies, Analytics, and Third-Party Technologies.

Cookies are small text files that web servers place on your device to store basic information and help websites and apps recognize your browser. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. In contrast, a persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be accessed whenever you use the Dashrite Tutoring Service Platform.

 We collect information through the use of “cookies,” tracking pixels, and data analytics tools like Google Analytics, SDKs, and other third-party technologies to understand how you navigate through the Dashrite Tutoring Service Platform and interact with advertisements. This information is used to make your experience safer, learn what content is popular, improve your site experience, serve you better ads on other sites, and save your preferences. 

7)  Information We Collect From Other Sources

1. Service Providers and Other Parties. Service providers and other parties provide us with the information needed for core aspects of the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform and additional services, programs, loyalty benefits, and promotions that can enhance your Dashrite Tutoring Service experience. These service providers and other parties include background check providers, insurance partners, financial service providers, marketing providers, and other businesses. We obtain the following information:

• Information to make the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform safer, like background check information or identity verification information;
• Information about your participation in third-party programs that provide things like financial instruments, such as  payment, transaction, and fraud detection information;
• Information to operationalize loyalty and promotional/marketing programs or applications, services, or features you choose to connect or link to your Dashrite Tutoring Service  account, such as information about your use of such programs, applications, services, or features; and
• Information about you is based on specific services, such as demographics and other information that helps us provide services or personalize our marketing.

• Referral Programs. 

Friends help friends use the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform. If someone refers you to Dashrite Tutoring Service, we will collect information about you from that referral, including your name and contact information.

• Other Users and Sources.

 Other users, public, or third-party sources, such as law enforcement, insurers, media, or pedestrians, may provide us with information about you, for example, as part of an investigation into an incident or to support you.

8)  How We Use Your Information

1. Providing the Dashrite Tutoring Service: We use your personal information to offer our platform an intuitive, functional, efficient, and worthwhile experience. To do this, we use your personal information to:

• Verify your identity and maintain your account, settings, and preferences;
• Provide the Dashrite Tutoring Service
• Maintain the security and safety of the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform and its users;
• Build and sustain the community;
• Provide Admission and student support;
• Improve the Dashrite Tutoring Service 
• Connect you to your  student and track their progress;
• Calculate prices and process payments;
• Allow learners (students) and  Tutors to connect regarding their learning and academics.
• Communicate with you about your use of the Dashrite Tutoring Platform and experience;
• Collect feedback regarding your experience;
• Facilitate additional services and programs with third parties 
• Operate contests, sweepstakes, and other promotions. 
• Perform research, testing, and analysis;
• Develop new products, features, partnerships, and services;
• Prevent, find, and resolve software or hardware bugs and issues; and
• Monitor and improve our operations and processes, including practices, algorithms, and other modeling.
• Verify that Tutors and their performance meet requirements;
• Investigate and resolve incidents and accidents.
• Encourage safe  behavior and avoid unsafe activities;
• Block and remove unsafe or fraudulent users from the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform.
• Communicate with you about events, promotions, elections, and campaigns;
• Personalize and provide content, experiences, communications, and targeted advertising to promote and grow the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform.

      2.  Responding to Legal Proceedings and                         Requirements. 

Sometimes, the law, government entities, or other regulatory bodies impose demands and obligations on us concerning the services we seek to provide. In such a circumstance, we would communicate with parents or guardians or some of our tutors and may use personal information to respond to those demands or obligations.

9) Sharing Between Dashrite Tutoring Service  Users

Learners (students) and  Tutors.

Learner information shared with tutor: As part of surfacing the request and enabling them, we share with the tutor the pickup and destination, location, name, profile photo, phone number, rating,  statistics, and information they include in their profile, as well as any additional information the learners inputs into the Dashrite Tutoring Service app.

 Once finished, we may also share the learners’s ratings and feedback with the tutor when applicable.

Tutor information shared with the learners:

 Upon a tutor accepting or assigning a request, we will share the tutor’s name, profile photo, and other information in the tutor’s Dashrite Tutoring Service profile with the learners, such as information tutors choose to add.

10) Disclosures to Service Providers to Provide the Dashrite Tutoring Service Platform and Other Parties

1. Depending on whether you’re a learner or a tutor, Dashrite Tutoring Service may disclose the following categories of your personal information to provide you with a variety of the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform’s features and services:

• Individual identifiers, such as your name, address, email address, phone number, date of birth, government identification number (such as social security number), tutor’s license information, vehicle information, and car insurance information;
• Financial information, such as bank routing numbers, tax information, and any other payment information you provide us;
• Commercial information includes learners’ information, tutor/ statistics and feedback, and tutor/ transaction history.
• Location data

1. We disclose those categories of personal information to these other parties and service providers to fulfill the following purposes:

• Maintaining and servicing your Dashrite Tutoring Service  account;
• Processing or fulfilling other offerings of the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform;
• Providing you with learners service;
• Processing transactions and payments;
• Processing tutor applications;
• Verifying the identity of users;
• Detecting and preventing fraud and unsafe activity;
• Processing insurance claims;
• Providing tutor loyalty and promotional programs;
• Offering marketing and advertising services to Dashrite Tutoring Service, including targeted and cross-contextual behavioral advertising.

11.1 We employ cutting-edge security technologies and protocols to safeguard your Data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. The Personal Data you share with us is hosted on computer servers in a carefully controlled and secure environment shielded from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. All Personal Data is safeguarded through suitable physical, technical, and organizational measures.

11.2 We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide you and our other users with the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform. This means we keep your account profile information for as long as you maintain an account. We retain transactional data, such as tutoring your services and payments, to ensure we can perform legitimate business functions, such as accounting for tax obligations. We also retain your information as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms and policies. If you request account deletion, we may delete your information.

We take reasonable and appropriate measures designed to protect your personal information. However, no security measures can be 100% effective, and we cannot guarantee the security of your information, including against unauthorized intrusions or acts by third parties.

12) Your Rights And Choices Regarding Your Data

Dashrite Tutoring Service may provide ways to access and delete your personal information and exercise applicable data rights that give you specific control over your personal information.

12.1 All Users

1. Email Subscriptions. You can always unsubscribe from our commercial or promotional emails by clicking unsubscribe in those messages. We will still send you transactional and relational emails about your use of the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform.

1. Push Notifications. You can opt out of receiving push notifications through your device settings. Please note that opting out may impact your use of the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform (e.g., receiving a notification that a tutor has arrived).

1. SMS Subscriptions.

You agree to receive SMS messages from us. We may use your phone number to send promotions or notify you about our services. 

We will always handle your data carefully and respect your privacy. Please note that :

1. Profile Information. You can review and edit certain account information you have chosen to add to your profile by logging in to your account settings and profile.

1. Location Information. You can prevent your device from sharing location information through its system settings. However, if you do, this may impact Dashrite Tutoring Service’s ability to provide you with our full range of features and services. You may also control some elements of sharing your location with Dashrite Tutoring Service in your Dashrite Tutoring Service account settings.

1. Accessing Your Information. Suppose you would like to access your personal information. In that case, You can also see our information about you by logging into your account and viewing your profile, settings, preferences,  history, or payment information. In addition, you may have some information included in things we sent you, such as receipts.

1. Your Account Deletion. Suppose you want to delete your Dashrite Tutoring Service account. In some cases, we cannot delete your account, such as if there is an issue with your account related to trust, safety, or fraud. When we delete your account, we may retain certain information for legitimate business purposes or to comply with legal or regulatory obligations. For example, we may retain your information to resolve open claims or be obligated to maintain your information as part of an open legal claim. When we keep such data, we do so in ways designed to prevent its use for other purposes.

13) Children’s Data

The Dashrite Tutoring platform is a service offered to all, including children; we knowingly collect personal information about children from their parents or guardians of any child or children under 16 who enroll in any of the courses. If we find out a child under 16 has given us personal information without parents’ or guardian’s acknowledgment, we will delete that information. 14) Links to Third-Party Websites

The Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform may contain links or references to third-party websites, products, or services. Those third parties may have privacy policies that differ from ours. We are not responsible for those third parties and their websites, products, or services, and we recommend that you review their policies. Please contact those parties directly with any questions about their privacy policies.

15) Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this policy occasionally as the Dashrite Tutoring Service platform changes and privacy laws evolve. If we update it online, we will do so. If we make material changes, we will let you know through the Dashrite Tutoring Service  Platform or by some other method of communication, like email. When you use Dashrite Tutoring Service, you agree to this policy’s most recent terms.
