Communication: The Dos and Don'ts

This article highlights significant communication dos and don’ts that buyers and sellers alike should be aware of and apply.

These Dos and Don’ts are insisted upon for your safety.

Adhere to the guidelines below to ensure a safe, comfortable, and convenient marketplace for everyone.

The Dos

  1. Keep all your payments and most of your communications on Dashrite’s platform.
  2. As we would always like to have your back, please be aware that if you attempt to take any business off Dashrite, we cannot ensure the safety of your project or company.
  1. Make sure always to use the appropriate language when communicating on Dashrite and to remain professional constantly.
  2. Dashrite does not condone bullying, harassment, discrimination, or hate speech.

  1. Use Dashrite’s Video Call feature, allowing Dashrite buyers and sellers to speak directly.

During the call, your project manager will share the project portal with the customer, which will track the project’s progress and view all proposals. Customers can log in anytime to view the list of proposals available. Customers can also communicate with the Dashrite service team and providers and file complaints via the customer portal.

  1. Dashrite ensures customer satisfaction by keeping communication on our platform through several means. By centralizing all service communications on our platform, Dashrite can monitor and moderate interactions to ensure they meet its standards. Additionally, by encouraging service providers and customers to communicate through their services management platform, Dashrite can maintain a record of all communications, which can be helpful in case of disputes or issues. This centralized communication approach helps Dashrite maintain quality service and high customer satisfaction.

The Don’ts
